LEVITT, Josephine (nee Druckman). Peacefully, on Wednesday, November 19, 2008, in her one-hundred & fourth year. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Maxwell. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Dr. Harvey Levitt and Dr. Margaret Felberg-Levitt, Thelma (Timmy) and the late Dr. Lawrence Cohen. Cherished "Grandma Jo" of Dr. Jodie Levitt and Dez Keene, Sloane Levitt and Andrea Pasoff, Roanne Levitt and Louise Dodier, Walter Levitt and Dr. Beth Gamulka, Lorne Levitt and Lisa Silverman; Dr. Janice Cohen and Alan Poplove, Marcy and Stanley Tepner, Warren Cohen and Brigitte Skeene. Proud great-grandmother of Joshua, Michael, Adam, Jonah, Melanie, Ezra, Jonah, Levi, Arielle, Benjamin, Talia, Sydney, Cameron. Predeceased by her siblings, Dr. Karl, Dr. Isidore, Alfred, and by her sisters and brothers-in-law, Lily, Hyman, Sara, Ida, and Israel. She will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, and her entire family. Special thanks to Esther and all of her caregivers for their love and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon Street West, on Sunday, November 23, at 11 a.m. Burial at the Beth-El Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
