COBRIN, Ben. Suddenly on Tuesday May 9, 2006. Beloved husband of Betty Yellin for fifty-eight years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Gail and Sheldon Rajesky of Toronto, the late Phillip. Cherished "Papa" of Jeffrey and Nicole. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Lily and the late Jack Friman of Toronto, Mary and the late Saul Cobrin, the late Sam and the late Ettie Cobrin, the late Becky and the late Harry Albert, the late Louis and the late Beatrice Cobrin, the late Frank and the late Sarah Cobrin, the late Peter and the late Ida Cobrin, the late Jean and the late Mack Schulman and brother-in-law of Mervin Yellin. Sadly mourned by his many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces, great-grandnephews, family and friends. Ben was a founder and supporter of The Maimonides Hospital Foundation. Through his efforts the patients and the community have been enriched. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons 3888 Jean Talon W. on Thursday May 11 at 1:15 p.m. Burial at Congregation Beth El Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at his home from 2 p.m. daily.
