JEANNE OSTROV (nee SLUTSKEN) Peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, February 11, 2007. Cherished wife of the late Sidney Ostrov and the late Sol Goldstein. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Alicia & Howard Starr, Paul & Bonnie Ostrov, Joel & Vicki Ostrov. Special "Grandma" to Adam & B.D. Starr, Jonathan & Naomi Starr, Sabrina Ostrov, Sean Ostrov. Sweet great-grandmother of Jackson, Ezra, Sam and Nyla Starr. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Harry and the late Libby Sloan, the late Shirley and the late Jack Zangwill, the late Samuel and the late Florence Slutsken, the late Rose and the late Jack Pellatt, and the late Philip Slutsken. Sister-in-law of Elizabeth and the late Dr. Sol Ostro, the late Ruth and the late Lawrence Roth. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Rubin Becker for his outstanding care and devotion. Special thanks to her angelic caregivers Cecelia, Elsa and Evangeline. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Tuesday, February 13 at 10 a.m. Burial at the Beth El Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
