LANDE, Perry Peacefully, in Florida, surrounded by his loving family, on Saturday January 8, 2011, at the age of eighty-eight. Beloved husband and best friend of Yetta Gans for sixty-three years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Earl and Diane Lande, Barbara and Michael Feldman. Loving Papa to Elyssa and Kenny Minzberg, and Leslie Feldman. Adoring great-grandfather of Jonah Minzberg. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Arnold and Starr Lande, Anne Laurence and Norman Jaffe and the late Ken Laurence, Syd and the late Lee Troster, the late Mary and the late Syd Starr, and brother-in-law of Marcia and the late Nathan Gans, Freda and Ernest Rashkovan. Proud son of the late Rabbi Shepsel and the late Rachel Lande. He was a very special man and will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews and all who knew him, including the daily minyan at Congregation Beth-El. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, January 12 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the Congregation Beth-El Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
