MARKOFSKY, Larry (Lawrence)
Peacefully, after a courageous battle, on Friday, November 1, 2013. Beloved son of Lily and the late Sidney Markofsky. Brother and brother-in-law of Jeffrey and Ida. Dear uncle of Leslie and Lauren. He will be sadly missed by his uncle, aunts, cousins and friends. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the Intensive Care Unit and 6th floor Medical for their warm and compassionate care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, November 5 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Beth-El Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at his brother's home, 139 rue France, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily.
