DOUEK, Huguette (née Hettena) 1931 - 2018 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Huguette Douek on Friday, April 6, 2018, after a lengthy struggle with Alzheimer's disease. Beloved wife of the late Henry Douek. Much loved mother, cherished mother-in-law and grandmother. She will be sadly missed by her two sons, Marcel Douek and Jack Douek (Louise Bourke), and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Lynda and Eric. Nona will also be dearly missed by her five great-grandchildren and other family and friends who knew her. Predeceased by her two siblings. A special thank you to the caregivers at Sunrise D.D.O. for their loving dedication and exceptional care, which improved Huguette's quality of life. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Tuesday, April 10 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Beth-El Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at 6173 rue Saraguay West, Pierrefonds, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday.
