ROSS, Nettie (nee Stoll)
Peacefully, on Monday, December 19, 2016, at the age of ninety-five. Wife of the late Simpson (Simmy). Devoted mother of Mickey, and mother-in-law of the late Jodi Ross. Loving grandma of Stephen and Susan, Adam and Dana, and Libby Ross. Proud great-grandmother of Caitlin, Henry, Lillian and Lola. Dear sister of the late Ethel Stoll. Predeceased by Simmy's siblings and their spouses, Ben and Ida Ross, Helen (Bobbi) and Willie Palca, Reuben and Mary Ross, Harold (Kid) and Claire Ross, Bernard (Bunny) and Rose Ross. Nettie will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Lorraine Jasmine Shakes for her exceptional care and devotion. Graveside service on Thursday, December 22 at 11:00 a.m. at the Beth-El Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at 5500 Macdonald Ave. #406, Cote Saint-Luc, Thursday following burial until 5:00 p.m. and from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Contributions in Nettie's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, (514) 255-5151.
