STOBER, Evelyn Knopp It is with profound sadness that we announce Evelyn's passing after a sudden and brief illness, on Saturday, March 6, 2010, at the Jewish General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Dearly beloved perfect wife and cherished best friend of Morton. Devoted daughter of the late Rachel and the late Harry Knopp. Special daughter-in-law and friend of the late Sarah and the late Jack Stober. Most respected, loving, devoted mother and friend of Margie (Sam), Richard, Michael (Audrey), and Gerry. Dedicated, treasured, proud and loving grandmother of David (Nicole), Marty, Ariella (Jonny), Adam, David, Daniel, and Jason. Sister and sister-in-law of Edna and the late Eddie Bock, the late Mavis and the late Joe Gasco, the late Mitchell and the late Edith, the late Sydney and the late Mattie. Cousin of the late Lilian (the late Natie Faletsky), and special aunt to Bob Gasco (Sharon). Sister-in-law of Julius Stober (Rhoda), Dr. Gerald and Ruth Stober, David and Eleanor Stober. Evelyn will be missed by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear life-long friends. Her beautiful character, kind and elegant manner, and her delight and enjoyment of every single day will sparkle in the mind's eye of all those who shared life's journey with her. She leaves an indelible positive mark on the foot-print of her family. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, March 9 at 11 a.m. Burial at the Beth-El Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
