STEINBERG, Pearl (nee Swetsky)
Peacefully, with her family by her side, on Sunday, June 15, 2014, at the age of ninety-six. Beloved wife of the late Joseph. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Beverley and John, Cheryl, and Lynn and Morrie. Loving 'Grandma Pearl' of Beth and Tom Toth, David and Keila Cohen, Brahm and Elana Weinberg, and Melanie and Ryan Nemeroff. Great-Grandma Pearl of Joshua and Evelyn Toth, Joseph and Riva Weinberg, and Rae Nemeroff. Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Hymie Swetsky, Gladys and the late Lou Swetsky, the late Freda Budovitch Appel and the late Toby Appel, and sister-in-law of the late Moe and the late Sybil Steinberg, and the late Estelle Steinberg. Pearl will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Pearl's loving and devoted caregivers, Angela, Annette, Fana and Racquel. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, June 17 at 10:00 a.m. Burial at the Beth El Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at 6625 Mackle Rd. #1103, in Cote Saint-Luc, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily. Services at 8:30 p.m. Contributions in Pearl's memory may be made to the charity of your choice. |
