KAHN, Dr. Amnon Peacefully, at home, on Thursday, November 4, 2010, in his seventy-ninth year, after a challenging illness borne with dignity and great courage. Beloved husband of Audrey Killoran. Loving and supportive father of Susan and Daniel. Respected father-in-law of Michael Libman. Dearest devoted Grandpa of Max, Eli, and Benjamin Libman. Devoted brother of Ena Kahn and the late Harold Zave Kahn. Uncle of Gillian Kahn of Ottawa and Michael Kahn of Calgary. He will be sadly missed by Adam Menzies, son of Audrey, his dear in-laws, Israel and Eva Libman, and his former wife Joan Kahn. Amnon was the former Chief of Endocrinology and a respected and dedicated staff physician at the Jewish General Hospital for forty-seven years. He will be remembered and dearly missed by many colleagues, patients and friends. Amnon's family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the caring and supportive staff of the Jewish General Hospital, with special thanks to Dr. E. Adelson, Dr. J.F. Morin, Dr. M. Davidman, and Dr. C. Michel for their attentive and devoted care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, November 7 at 2 p.m. Burial at the Beth El Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva at his home daily 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., through Thursday evening, November 11.
