DOUEK, Albert
On Sunday, October 21, 2012, at the age of ninety-one. Son of the late Latifa and the late Moise Douek. Survived by his wife, Bacci; his children, Maureen Rosen (Yegal) and Nicole Magder (Philip); his brother, Edouard Douek (Nina), his sister, Cely Schouela (the late Ezekiel), and sisters-in-law, Denise, Huguette and Frida Douek. Predeceased by his other siblings. Proud grandfather of Dalia Zaidener (Lenny), Lara Sacks (Cliff), Ilana Magder, Jason Magder (Fiona), Erika Star (Greg), Aaron Rosen (fiancee Salva) and Talia Magder. Adored by his seven great-grandchildren. Special thanks to his many relatives and friends, to his employees at Kute Knit, as well as the devoted doctors, nurses and staff from Bayshore Home Health and the Jewish General Hospital who cared for and visited Albert during his illness. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, October 23 at 11 a.m. Burial at the Beth-El Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva private.
