ETCOVITCH, Ethel (nee Adelman). Peacefully on Saturday July 23, 2005, in her eighty-seventh year. Beloved wife of the late Peter. Adored mother and mother-in-law of Sandy and David Ransen, Carol and Dr. Seymour Miller, Archie and Lois Etcovitch. Cherished grandmother of Susan and Jeffrey Nadler, Robert Ransen, Randi and Terry Cunningham, David and Nathalie Miller, Mark and Gaby Etcovitch, Tara Etcovitch and Brian Etcovitch. Special great-grandmother of Joshua, Maya, Olivia, Matthew and Zoe. Devoted daughter of the late Alec and the late Sophie Adelman. Much loved sister and sister-in-law of the late Anne and the late Peter Bassel, Harry and the late Bunny Adelman, the late Archie Adelman, Bernice and the late Alex Mestel, the late Issie and the late Mildred Etcovitch, Moe and Adeline Etcovitch, Irwin and the late Sadie Feldstein, the late Etta Etcovitch, Betty and the late Moe Speigel. She will be deeply missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon Street West, on Monday, July 25 at 1 p.m. Burial at Congregation Shomrim Laboker Cemetery, Beth Hamedresh Hagodol Section, de la Savanne.
