BORTS, Hyman. Peacefully in his ninety-second year, on Tuesday, January 31, 2006. He was much loved by his wife of sixty-eight years, Lily Brustein and his children Maurice and Myra, Harold and Judi, Barbara and Richard Manners, Phyllis Clark. He was cherished by his grandchildren Stephanie and Joshua Borts, Annie and Rebecca Manners, Adam Clark, and step granddaughters Stephanie and Suzanne Goldbaum. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Libby and the late Lou Brumer, Eva and Phil Abrams, the late Moe and the late Anne Borts, and brother-in-law of Dina and the late Dave Brustein, the late Rae and the late Meyer Dobrinsky, the late Mary Brustein. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Thursday, February 2 at 12:15 p.m. Burial at the Shomrim Laboker Congregation Cemetery, Beth Hamedresh Hagodol Section, de la Savane.
