COHEN, Marjie (nee Cohen) Peacefully, in her eighty-sixth year, on Friday, July 21, 2017 at the Jewish Eldercare Centre. Beloved wife of the late Hy Cohen. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Richard Cohen and Sari Medicoff, and Ron and Louise Cohen. Adored Bubby of Dr. Michael and Dr. Melissa Cohen, Amanda Cohen and Graham Gemmell, and Stephanie Cohen. Cherished sister and sister-in-law of Howard and Molly Cohen, Renee Cohen and the late Jerry Cohen, the late Laura and the late Arthur Friedman, the late Anita and the late Ike Freed. Daughter of the late Myer and the late Bella Cohen. She will be greatly missed by her nephews, nieces and many close lifelong friends. A special thank you to Jessica, her caregiver, who provided her with comfort and care in her final months. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Monday, July 24 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Russian Polish Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane.
