CAMPBELL, Sylvia (nee Gitnick) Peacefully, at home, on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at the age of ninety-one. Beloved wife of the late Lionel. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Irene and Mark Lazarovitz, Eric and Mary Ellen Montague. Proud and cherished Grandmaman of Jordan, Laine, and Gabrielle. Great-grandmother of Micah, and Noah. Predeceased by her parents William and Pearl Gitnick; and by her siblings Teddy, and Manny. The family would like to thank her exceptional caregivers, with special thanks to Maureen, and Jovita for their compassion and dedication. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, December 15 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Bassarabier Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 821 Alexis-Nihon, St. Laurent from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. through Thursday evening.
