GOLDBERG, Marlene (nee Albright) With courage, dignity and grace, surrounded by her loving family and friends, on Monday, October 5, 2015. Devoted and loving partner of Bobby Chazonoff for fifteen years. Much beloved wife of the late Allan Goldberg. Devoted and committed mother and mother-in-law of Mindy and Lorne, Jay and Susie. She had a special relationship with Danny and Leslie, and Lori. Adoring, caring and very special "Yaya" to Ari, Daniel-Roey, Allyn, Jenna and Ilan; Samantha, Noah, Brooke, Carly and Spencer. Dearest sister and sister-in-law of Joan and Arnold Morris, and the late Leonard Freedman; Bruce and Joanne Costom and the late Donna Costom; Sari and the late Kenny Goldberg, Brian and Marlene Goldberg. Predeceased by her parents, Gaston and Florence Albright (and Marilyn Albright), and her-in-laws Maurice and Anna Goldberg. She will be sadly missed by all her nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Special thanks to Dr Stephen Caplan, Dr. Andrew Hirsh, Dr. April Shamy, Dr. Dev Jayaraman , and Dr. Donald Laporta, as well as the outstanding teams of residents, nurses and orderlies from the ICU and 7 Northwest of the Jewish General Hospital for their care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W. on Thursday, October 8 at 10:00 a.m. Burial at the Canadian Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane.
