FISHMAN-GRUSHKA, Dora (nee Sorfitz). Peacefully on Friday, December 17, 2004. Beloved wife of the late Morris Fishman and the late Morris Grushka. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Linda and Sidney Alpert of Portland, Oregon, and Pearl and David Hazan. Cherished Grandma of Marjorie and Jeff Warwick, Melissa and Darryl Orona, Neil and Michael Hazan. Great-grandmother of Maya Elianna. Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Haike and the late Louis Adler, the late Faige and the late Eddie Rutenberg. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Special thanks to her wonderful caregivers, Betty, Cassie and Norma for their extraordinary kindness and compassion and to the staff at Maimonides Hospital Geriatric Centre, 4th Floor South. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Sunday, December 19 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Canadian Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva to be announced.
