YELEN, Abraham Peacefully, on Friday, October 27, 2017. Beloved husband of Esther Zimnicki. Cherished father and father-in-law of Larry and Avaleigh, Harvey and Jill, Sandra Yelen and Scott Wolpert. Devoted Zaida of Harris and Alex; and Adam and Jamie. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Tammy and the late Issie Lewin, the late Irving and the late Helen Yallen, the late Jerry Yellen and the late Roslyn Yellen, and brother-in-law of Philip and Rose Soroka, Frank Zimnicki and Elizabeth Cole. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff of Mount Sinai Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, October 30 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the Tiffereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, Beth Yitzchok Section, de la Savane.
