SUISSA, Yvette (nee Kakon) After a courageous, battle surrounded by her family, on Tuesday, April 16, 2019. Loving wife of Jacob for fifty-five years. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Corrine and Meyer Ohana, Sandra and Chaim Backman, Alvin and Lauren Suissa. Adored Meme to eighteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Her reputation preceded her - Mme. Suissa was a true Eshet Chayil and will be missed by all those whose lives she touched. Heartfelt gratitude to Drs. Michael Bouhadana and Michael Palumbo, to doctors, nurses and staff of K-9 at the Jewish General Hospital, and to the wonderful nurses from the CLSC Rene-Cassin for their amazing care. Special thanks to Yvette's tireless caregivers, Chona, Cathy, Priscilla, Maryglo, Lhea, and Rosie. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, April 17 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, Beth Yitzchak Section, de la Savane.
