BLOOMFIELD, Sarah (nee Ilovitch) Peacefully, surrounded by her family, in her ninety-seventh year on Saturday, September 3, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Moe. Devoted and cherished mother and mother-in-law of Roslyn and Shalom Bloom, Arlene Bloomfield and Dr. David Mercer. The most treasured and adored grandmother of Debbie Bloom and Mark Feldstein, Ronnie and Cori Bloom, Robert and Alyssa Bloom. Great Gram of Zack, Cooper, Zoe, Ella, Jackson, Gabi and Benji. Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Jennie and the late David Weiner, Simmy and Sarah Simms, Ralph and the late Freda Scodnick, the late Jack and the late Flora Ilovitch, the late Eli and the late Clara Ilson, the late Harry and Henriette Bloomfield and the late Jenny Bloomfield. She was a smart, caring woman and always had a smile on her beautiful face. All of her many nieces and nephews loved Auntie Sarah. She spent many years doing charity work so contributions in her memory may be made to the charity of your choice. Special thanks to Marissa, Elsa and Shirmaine for loving and caring for her and to the Waldorf nurses Michelle and Julie. Graveside service took place on Monday, September 5, at 11:00 a.m. at the Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, Beth Yitzchok (UHC) Section, de la Savane. Shiva at her daughter Roslyn's home, Monday 12:00 to 3:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Shiva ending on Tuesday evening. She is already missed. |
