WALD, Rose (nee Gross) Peacefully and with dignity, on Wednesday, August 25, 2010. Beloved wife of Ben Wald and the late Gaby Posner. Devoted and loving mother and mother-in-law of Stan Posner and Sandra Phillips, Rhema and Saul Kujavsky. Cherished Bubbie of Glenn and Erica Posner, Denny and Romy Weinstein, Brandon and Sarah Posner; Mitchell Kujavsky and fiancee, Jordana Dobski-Cohen, Pamela and Jamie London. Proud great-grandmother of Evan, Molly, Hailey, Derek, and Audrey. Dearest sister and sister-in-law of Sylvia and the late Norbert Gross. Sister-in-law of Hy and Estelle Wald, the late Libby and the late Douglas Caplan, Sylvia and the late Abe Posner, the late Sam and the late Shifra Posner, the late Ruchel and the late Abe Wineck, the late Bella and the late Morris Spiegel, the late Joe and the late Tillie Posner. She will be fondly remembered by Paula and Stephen Rembach, Joel Wald, Lorne, Brian and Michael Rembach; Ethan, Shawn and Zachary Wald, and by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, family and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, August 29 at 12 noon. Burial at Baron de Hirsch Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at B'nai Brith House, 8000 Cote St-Luc Rd, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily. Contributions in Rose's memory may be made to the charity of your choice. |
