STEIN, Beatrice (nee Fishman) At the Jewish General Hospital, on Saturday, August 2, 2014, after a long illness, in her ninetieth year. Beloved wife of Boris Stein for sixty-four years. Adored mother of Allan (Gabrielle), Ronald (Roanne), and Mitchell (Jody). Grandmother of David, Jackie, Alyson, and Andrew. Aunt of Judy Stein, Linda and Seymour Steinman, Rhoda and Michael Aronson, Myron Stein and Jacynthe Bertrand, Michael and Sharon Brodsky. She was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1925 to Rebecca and David Fishman, and is survived by her little sister Carol, her big brother Barney having passed away earlier this year. Special thanks to the 6th floor staff at the Jewish General Hospital, and a grateful heartfelt thanks to all her caregivers: Lydia, Nancy, Ampy, Amy, Rose, Cherry, Jean, Andrea, Marion, and Mark. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, August 4 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva strictly private.
