RESNIK, Irving. Peacefully in his seventy-eighth year on Thursday, April 13, 2000. Beloved husband of Doris Shapiro and the late Ruth Kaplow. Cherished father and father-in-law of Allie and Barbara, Gary and Lisa, Elaine and Murray, Brahm and Wendy, and Susan. Devoted Zaida of Elliot, Richard, Robbie, Cory, Rachel, Jacqueline, Shawn, Tara, Max and Jack. Predeceased by his father, brothers and sister who perished in the Holocaust. Special thanks to Dr. A. Loutfi and the staff of 9W Royal Victoria Hospital for their care and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Friday, April 14 at 2 pm Burial at the Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, Tifereth Jerusalem Section (E-30), de la Savane. Due to the festival of Passover, shiva ends Wednesday morning, April 19. Donations in his memory may be made to the Israel Cancer Research Fund. |
