BERGER, Ruth (nee Kaufman) Peacefully, in her ninety-fourth year, on Thursday, May 5, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Paul. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Beverly (Jay) and Alvin (Penny). Grandmother of Steven Cantor (Edit), Robyn Noble (Jason), Neil Berger (Gail) and Derek Berger (Stacey). Proud great-grandmother of Justin, Austin, Roni, Jaren, Zoe, Avery, Hailey and Lauren. Sister-in-law of Leonard and Louise Berger. Predeceased by her seven siblings. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of the 8th Floor Medical at St. Marys Hospital for their exceptional care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, May 8 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem Congregation Cemetery, Tifereth Jerusalem Section, de la Savane.
