CHAD, Evelyn (nee Creatchman) Accidentally, on Friday, November 18, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Issie. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Eddy, Stuart, and Ronnie. Cherished Bubbie of Joshua Chad. Proud great-grandmother of Joey, Jessica, and Angela. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Sylvia and the late Louis Magid, the late Ida and the late Sam Lang, the late Louie and the late Jennie, the late Garey and the late Tessie, the late Harry and the late Sarah, Judy and the late Nathan Creatchman, the late Bessie and the late Eddy Merovitz, the late Eddy and the late Goldie Creatchman.
