MELNIK, Jack (Jukiel) On Saturday, February 14, 2009. Beloved husband of the late Rifka. Loving father and father-in-law of Dorothy and Harvey Kirshner. Proud and wonderful Papa of Kevin and Rochelle, and Kenny and Olga Woolf. Cherished great grandfather (Papa) of Spencer, Aimee, Hannah, and Lindsay. Predeceased by his many dear siblings. He will be greatly missed by his nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, family and all who had the good fortune to know him. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of the 5th and 8th floors of St. Mary's Hospital, and to the 5th floor staff of the Kastner Pavillion of the Jewish Eldercare Centre. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, February 16, at 12 noon. Burial at the Congregation Ahavath Shulom Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private.
