RUBIN, Lily (nee Sonin). On January 20, 2003 after a lengthy illness. Beloved wife of the late Sydney Rubin. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Sheilah and Husky Greenberg, Jeff and Tina Rubin. Cherished "Ma" of Elliot and Randi, Robert and Gail Greenberg, and Lisa, Adam and Joshua Rubin. She was the very proud great-grandmother of Michael, Corey, Andrew and Sy Greenberg. Dear sister of Sam Sonin and the late Jack and the late Dave Sonin. Special thanks to Marion, Shirley and Dianna for their care and devotion, and the caring staff of 5 South, Maimonides Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Tuesday, January 21, at 12:15 p.m. Burial at the Congregation Ahavath Schulom Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva strictly private.
