Obituary SHATSKY, Miriam (nee Krukin). On Tuesday, April 6, 2004, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Cyril for over sixty-one years. Devoted mother of Marlene Rissman of San Diego, and Annie Kahn (Melvin) of Chicago. Cherished grandmother of Robert and Jeffrey Rissman; Lynda Vidomlanski, and Benjamin Kahn. Adoring great-grandmother of Rachel. Predeceased by her brothers Peter and Isadore. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Thursday, April 8 at 10:45 a.m. Burial at the Dominion Hebrew Sick Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva will be observed at her home, commencing Tuesday evening, April 13. Donations in Miriam's memory may be made to United Talmud Torah School, 739-2291. May her memory be for a blessing.
