SCHWARTZ, Abraham (Abe) WWII Veteran Peacefully on Thursday, January 26, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Martha Shuster. Loving father and father-in-law of Philip and Betty Schwartz, the late Mark and Nancy Schwartz, Rhona and Randy Caplan. Cherished grandfather of Noah and Sharon Schwartz, Adam and Lisa Schwartz, Ian Schwartz and Katie Fischer, and Jesse Caplan. Proud great-grandfather of Ethan, Abby, Sarah, Jack and Calvin. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Jake and the late Nellie Schwartz, Betty and Ernie Montpetit, Louis and Goldie Schwartz and predeceased by his other siblings. Abe will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff of the 11th floor of Sainte-Anne's Hospital for their care, kindness and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Friday, January 27 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at Hebrew Sick Benefit Association Cemetery, de la Savane.
