ROTH, Asher On Tuesday, September 18, 2012, surrounded by his loving family. Devoted son of the late Yehuda Roth and the late Devorah Kaufman. Beloved husband of the late Ester Bernad. He leaves, in Montreal, his daughter Dvora and son-in-law Yigal Weinman, as well as his son Chaim and daughter-in-law Ella in Israel. His passing will be deeply mourned by his grandchildren, Nava, Steven (Tara), Omri (Anat), Adi (Nave), and Edan. He was the proud great-grandfather of Isaac, Benjamin, Rachel, Violet, Ze'ev, Uria, and Elai. Predeceased by his four siblings. Brother-in-law of Chaim and Amalia Bernad of Israel. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews, as well as other family members and friends. A special thank you to his caregivers Anna and Jill for their devotion and exceptional care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, September 20, at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Hebrew Sick Benefit Association Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 616 Westluke, C.S.L. after 2:00 p.m. daily. Due to the advent of Yom Kippur, Shiva ends on Tuesday morning.
