POMERANTZ, Dr. Daniel. After a brief illness, on Thursday, June 14, 2007. Beloved husband of the late Monique. Loving and devoted father and father-in-law of Evelyne and Howard Cooper, Joanne and Bill Black, Diane and Stanley Lesniak. Cherished Zaidie of Megan, Dylan, Marlee and Morgan. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Dr. Zvy and Shirley Pomerantz, Hy and Anne Pomerantz. Devoted son of the late Ichiel and the late Ruhama Pomerantz. He will be sadly missed by the Arbel family, his nieces, nephews, colleagues and many friends. The family would like to thank Dr. Chang and the staff of the Palliative Care Unit and 7W for their exceptional care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Sunday, June 17 at 2 p.m. Burial at the Hebrew Sick Benefit Cemetery, de la Savane.
