JACOBSON, Terry (nee Malinsky) Peacefully, on Saturday, July 25, 2015. Wife of the late Abraham Jacobson. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Dale and Sam Szlamkowicz, Rich Jacobson and Jacynthe Hamel, and Mark. Cherished Bubby of Michael Szlamkowicz and Lara Dean, Karen Szlamkowicz and Jonathan Seliger, Andrea Szlamkowicz and Brian Harris; Camille, and Remy Jacobson. Proud 'Bubby Terry' of Caleb and Eden Szlamkowicz; Emet Seliger; Joshua, Sadie, and Henry Harris. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Florence and the late Jack Itzkowitz of New York, and sister-in-law of the late Esther Hoffman, the late Rose Greenberg, the late Morris and the late Estelle Jacobson. She will be sadly mourned by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to the staff of the ICU at the Jewish General Hospital and 5 North at the Donald Berman Maimonides Hospital for their care and compassion, and to Novelette Smith for her many years of devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, July 27 at 10:00 a.m. Burial at the Hebrew Sick Benefit Association Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at her daughter's home.
