LEVINE, Gertrude (nee Nudelman) Born on November 4, 1910. Gertrude has entered into the loving embrace of her husband Max on Friday, May 4, 2012, in her one hundred and first year. Proud mother, and best friend of Helen (Drew); grandmother of Jonah (Angèle) and Katherine (Theo); great-grandmother of Ellis, Thalia, Quinn, and Logan. Predeceased by her dear siblings, Rose, Max, Al, Jean, Sarah, and Pauline. Sister-in-law of Ann Opolsky. Beloved aunt to her special nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Special thanks to Sharyn and Drew for their loving devotion in her final moments, and to the nursing staff of the Hope Pavilion at J.E.C. for their care and compassion. Graveside service on Monday, May 7 at 10:00 a.m., at the Hebrew Sick Benefit Association Cemetery (Gate #4, E-2), de la Savane. Shiva at Helen's home, from 2 to 4 p.m. daily, through Friday, May 11.
