MAKLAN, Lily (nee Rosen) Peacefully, on Thursday, August 22, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Peter. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Brian and Leslie, and Stan and Anne Maklan. Cherished Bubbie of Peter and Alice. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Anne and the late Leon Levine, the late Ruth and the late Aaron Cherney, and sister-in-law of the late Laura and the late Hymie Katz. Daughter of the late David and the late Eva Rosen. Lily will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, August 23 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Hebrew Sick Benefit Association Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 5500 Macdonald Ave. #1505, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily, through Tuesday, August 27. Donations in Lily's memory may be made to the charity of choice. |
