LEVY-FORMAN, Ethel Ann On Monday, March 24, 2014. Beloved mother of Barbara Forman-Segal (Steven), and Howard Forman (Laurie). Adored grandmother of Erin, and Jayme Segal. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Mady Alcalay (Joseph). Loved by her nieces, cousins, great-nephews and lifelong friends. Ethel was a sweetheart of a person who made friends and kept them, cared for people and let them know it. Her family thanks Dr. Bacher and staff at the Jewish General Hospital Memory Clinic, the staff at Le Waldorf, and her kind caregivers. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St W., on Wednesday, March 26 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Baron de Hirsch Cemetery, de la Savane.
