SHLAFMAN, Mona (nee Chamitoff) Peacefully, at home, on Sunday, November 29, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Jack. Loving mother of Irwin and Rhonda. Cherished Bubbie of Daniel, Michael, Gregory, Jacklyn, and Ashley. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Alec and Lynn (the late Elsie), Shari and the late Usher. Special thanks to her wonderful caregiver, Armida. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, November 30 at 12 noon. Burial at the Hebrew Sick Benefit Association Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at her daughter's home, after 10 a.m. daily.
