GEASSER, Eva (nee Peletz). Suddenly, on Wednesday, June 11, 2008. Beloved wife of the late Harry. Loving and devoted mother and mother-in-law of Hannah and Issie Silberman, Barbara and Larry Greenberg, the late Lillian Kane. Cherished "Bubby" of Betsy and Phil, Howard, Lenny, Hugh and Sara, Rachel and David. Proud great-grandmother of Alexandra and Noa. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Abe (Beryl) and Miriam Peletz, Willie and the late Jennie Glaser, Helen and the late Dave Peletz. Sister-in-law of the late Sophie and the late Harry Diskin, the late Sarah and the late Louis Diskin. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and all of those whose lives she touched. The family would like to thank her devoted caregiver, Shirley Samy, for her loving care and companionship. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Friday, June 13 at 3 p.m. Burial at the Chevra Shaas Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at her residence Sunday through Tuesday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily.
