JACOBS, Ethel (nee Karp). Peacefully in her ninety-sixth year on Monday, September 12, 2005. Beloved wife of the late Eli. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Lorne and Rhona Jacobs. Cherished Bubby of Michel and Marianne, Sylina and Allen Levy. Proud great-grandmother of Kayla, Samuel, Michelle, Rachel, and David. Predeceased by her three brothers. She will be sadly missed by her family and all who knew her. The family would like to thank the staff of the Jewish Nursing Home for their care and compassion. Special thanks to her caregiver Diane Martin for her loving care and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Wednesday, September 14 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Chevra Shaas Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
