DIAMOND, Louis Peacefully, on Wednesday, March 27, 2013. Beloved husband of the late Ruth Freeman. Cherished father and father-in-law of Doreen Kaufman and the late Sheldon Kaufman, Eleanor Diamond and Irwin Pollock. Treasured Zaidie of Ethan, Bram, and Noam Kaufman; Harrison, and Johanna Pollock. Devoted brother and brother-in-law of Dorothy and the late Jack Bergman, Sarah and the late Jerry Diamond, Shirley and the late Alec Diamond, the late Sadie and the late Ben Tarter. Dear brother-in-law of Miriam and Sam Small, Phyllis and the late Joseph Freeman. The family would like to thank Shirley, Rona, Lorraine, Elsie and Oceane for their care, love and devotion. Special thanks to the staff of the Lev Tov Seniors' Residence, and of the 4th and 7th floors at the Donald Berman Maimonides Geriatric Centre. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, March 29 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the King George Memorial Park Cemetery, de la Savane. Due to the festival of Passover, shiva will commence on Tuesday evening, April 2, at his daughter's home. Shiva hours from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. daily.
