CARSON, Leon Peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Friday, April 26, 2019. Beloved husband of Dorice Kushner for seventy wonderful years. Cherished father and father-in-law of Dr. Stephen and Linda, Arthur and Lynda, Robin and Sheldon Krakower. Adoring grandpa of David Carson, Lauren and Josh Rosenthal; Jeremy Carson and Jen Vineberg, Michael Carson and Stephanie Adam, Carrie and Trevor Sinodhinos; Jodi and Noah Kessler, Corey Krakower and Jennifer Smith, and Jenn Krakower. Proud great-grandfather of Madison, Brynlee, Noah, Kyle, Chloe, Sierra and Willa. Predeceased by his siblings and their spouses, Abe and Rose Carson, Moe and Lillian Carson, Billie and Jack Solomon. Dearest brother-in-law of Natalie and the late Sam Biskin. He will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family would like to acknowledge with sincere gratitude Dr. Jeff Segal for his exceptional support. Special thanks to Leon's caregivers, Lynne, Rico, Sylvia, Shanie and Jenn for their care and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, April 29 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the King George Benefit Association Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at The Waldorf: 7400 ch. de la Cote-Saint-Luc (reception room), from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. daily through Thursday evening.
