DESKIN, Beth Rose (nee Tannenbaum). Peacefully, in her ninety-first year, on Wednesday, January 14, 2009. Beloved wife for sixty-five years of Bill. Loving and devoted mother and mother-in-law of Bob and Lorna, Andy and Cindy. Cherished "Grandma" of Michael and Mattais. Predeceased by her sister, Ruth (the late Mike). She will be remembered by all who knew her for her sense of humour, generous nature and integrity. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, January 18th, at 12:00 pm. Burial at the King George Benefit Association Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva will not be held in Montreal. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the charity of your choice. |
