CHANKOWSKY, Shyah (Sam). Suddenly on Thursday, Dec. 14, 2000. Son of the late Sylvia and the late Abram Chankowsky. Beloved husband of Sheila. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Sol and Rhoda, Eunice and Lou Seligson, Malka and Zave Ettinger, Dave and Alice Turpin. Loving stepfather of Elizabeth and Richard Azoulay, Jason and Sheri Flam, Audra and Chris Williams. Adored uncle of Shellie, Asher, Miriam and Mark, Jeffrey, Shari and Matthew, Peggy, and his great nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by his many relatives and all of those whose lives he touched. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West, on Sunday, Dec. 17 at 12 noon.
