DOLMAN, Rona (nee Zabitsky) Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Tuesday, September 15, 2009. Beloved wife of Harold Dolman for fifty-two years. Devoted and cherished mother and mother-in-law of Howard and Shirley (Herskovits), Debbie and Eddy Prorok, Carrie and Fred Fleisler. Adored grandma of Aaron and Rachel Dolman; Lauren and Michelle Prorok; Lucas and Paige Fleisler. Dear sister of Freya Zabitsky and sister-in-law of Morty and Layah Dolman, Gerry and the late Freda Gerson, Freda and the late Joe Dolman. She will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to Drs. Harvey Chang and Richard Kohn, the wonderful staff of 8NW at the Jewish General Hospital, and her compassionate caregivers, Sheila and Sharon. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, September 17 at 1 p.m. Burial at the King George Memorial Park Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 5350 Macdonald Ave. Due to the advent of Rosh Hashanah, shiva ends Friday, September 18, at noon.
