SAILER, Dorothy Peacefully and with dignity, in her ninety-seventh year, on Monday, August 9, 2010. Wife of the late Jack Sailer and the late Moe Tafler. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Roz and Gordon Elkin, Arlene Tafler of Philadelphia. Most devoted Bubbie of Lana Michaels, Sari and Robby Schiff; Michael and Judy Lam, Bonnie and John Greenberg. Adored and loving great-grandmother of Mia Perlman; Jordana, Jillian, Hilary and Kayla Schiff; Allen and Lauren Lam, Andrew and Cydney Greenberg. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Jeannette Druick, the late Esther and the late Hyman Pascal, the late Lawrence Slabosky, and sister-in-law of Mary Kantor, Helen Fleming, the late Edith Medicoff, the late Moe, the late Harry, the late Sam and the late Arthur Sailer, the late Annie Ornstein, the late Louis and the late Abe Tafler, the late Bea Socaransky. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Very special thanks to the entire 5th floor staff of Kastner Pavilion at the Jewish Eldercare Centre for their exceptional compassion and care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, August 11 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Adath Israel Poale Zedek Anshei Ozeroff Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
