Peacefully, in her ninety-ninth year, with her family by her side on Sunday, April 9, 2023. Devoted wife of the late Hershel Weltman. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Zippy and the late Harry Akerflug, and Mindy Weltman. Cherished Bubby of David and Kelly, Josh and Chantal; Sheena and Drew, and Harris. "Big Bubby" of Nate, Avery and Max. "Super Bubby" of Linus and Lowell. Predeceased by her parents and three brothers who perished in the Holocaust and by her brother and sister in Israel. Dear companion to the late Paul Weinberg. Special thanks to Adelaida, Stacey and Vivian for their care and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, April 11 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Montreal Workers' Circle Section, Baron de Hirsch Cemetery, de la Savane.
