Obituary SILCOFF, Beatrice (nee Herman). Peacefully on March 28, 2004, in her eighty-sixth year. Beloved and cherished wife of Maurice, loving mother and mother-in-law of Joel and Alison, adored grandmother of Elliott and Mireille. Predeceased by her brother Ben Herman and an infant brother Mottle Herman, her sisters Sybil Wolff and Lylia Zuker, her brothers-in-law David Wolff, William Zuker, Gerald Kaushansky, Joe Silcoff and Louis Rosen, her sisters-in-law Clara Silcoff and Annie Rosen. Survived and sadly missed by her sisters Margot (Calman) Levy and Frances Kaushansky, her sister-in-law Toba Herman and by her many nephews, nieces and friends. The family wishes to express its appreciation to the health care professionals at the Lindsay Rehabilitation Hospital and the Mount Sinai Hospital Palliative Care Unit and particularly to Dr. Rubin Becker for their kindness and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon West on Wednesday, March 31, 2004 at 12:15 p.m. Burial at the Montreal Workers Circle Cemetery, De La Savane. Shiva at 6635 Mackle Road #404, Cote-St Luc; Shiva ends Sunday afternoon.
