OPPEN, Moe Peacefully, on Monday, January 9, 2012, at the age of eighty-eight. Devoted son of the late Jennie and the late Abraham Oppen. Loving and devoted father and father-in-law of Marvin and Lynda Oppen, Beverly Oppen and Paul Horner, Sharon Oppen and Max Salzberg. Cherished Zaida of Brahm and Suzanne Oppen, Sean and Heather Oppen, Jonathan and Michelle Oppen, Heidi and Matthew Gorelik, Tiffany Goldberg, Tara and Shawn Wolmuth, Joshua, and Noah Salzberg. Great-grandfather of Jayme, Ryan, Ethan, Evan, Jayden and Jake. Brother and brother-in-law of the late Issie and the late Mildred Oppen, Annie and Larry Sommer. Moe was always cherished and loved by the late Zelda Oppen. The family expresses their heartfelt gratitude to Moe's caregivers, Iris, Jeff and Winston for their kindness and devotion to Moe. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, January 11 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Shomrim Laboker Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
