YUSIM, Dorothy (nee Kaplan) On Sunday, April 10, 2016, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Sam. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Sandra and the late Stephen Gordon, and Arlene. Cherished "Bubby D" of Rose and Ben Rak, Marc and Nancy, and Brian Gordon. Proud great-grandmother of Shayna and Stephanie Rak; Sarah and Colin Gordon. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Claire and the late Hy Smiley, the late Abraham and the late Anne Kaplan, the late Bernard and the late Betty Kaplan, and sister-in-law of Dorothy Mardinger. The family would like to thank Drs. Peter Lipes, François Patenaude and Robin Billick for their exceptional care. Special thanks to the 10th floor staff of Pavilion K at the Jewish General Hospital, as well as the 5th floor staff at Maimonides Geriatric Centre for the dignified care shown to our mother. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, April 11 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Shomrim Laboker Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at Ruby Foo's Hotel through Tuesday evening.
