KOHEN-GEMPEL, Chaviva (Luba) (nee Kahn) After a courageous battle, on Wednesday, March 6, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Judel Kohen, and the late Berl Gempel. Devoted and loving mother and mother-in-law of Debbie and Marvin Fenster, Lloyd and Sally Kohen. Cherished Bubbie of Jason, and Ricky Fenster; Jennifer, and Shawn Kohen. Greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Harvey Chang, Dr. Jason Agulnik, and the staff of the Jewish General Hospital for their exceptional care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Friday, March 8 at 12:00 p.m. Burial at the Shomrim Laboker Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
