GETTER, Josefina (nee Herman) On Friday, February 4, 2011, in her ninety-eighth year. Beloved wife of the late Salomon. Loving mother of Haya, Ruth and Anita. Cherished Sabta of Michal and Amit, Aaron and Karyn, Tammy and Ofer, Rivka and Marc, Nadav and Shirley, Avi and Sandy. Adored great-grandmother of fourteen. Predeceased by her brother. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Special thanks to her caregivers, Fanny, Catherina, Terry, Christine, Joy, Gigi, Jocelyn, Cecilia, Remy, Eden and Arret, and to Marie-Claire Choquette, Dr. Dowdall, and Dr. Louise Poulin-de-Courval of the CLSC Cote-des-Neiges for their unwavering devotion, love, friendship and exceptional care. With their commitment, Josefina was able to spend her last years at home with dignity and comfort. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, February 6 at 3:45 p.m. Burial at the Young Israel of Montreal Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private.
